1. Products and Services

• Aquaalice manufactures and supplies water purifiers, sells water geysers, and provides AMC services for maintenance and repair.
• Product features, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
• Installation and service schedules will be provided based on availability and customer location.

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders must be confirmed via written or electronic communication.
• Payment must be made in full before delivery or as per agreed payment terms.
• Aquaalice reserves the right to cancel or delay an order if payment is incomplete or incorrect information is provided.

3. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors.

4. Warranty

• All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified at the time of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage.

5. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

• AMC services are available for eligible products and include scheduled maintenance and repairs as per the chosen plan.
• AMC validity is as per the duration and terms mentioned in the contract.
• Service under AMC is subject to timely renewal and payment.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only for defective products within the return period, subject to inspection and approval.
• Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges.

7. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information at the time of purchase or service request.
• You are responsible for maintaining proper use of the products in accordance with user guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Aquaalice shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
• In no event shall Aquaalice’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
